1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Banjaro. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Creator Accounts

• You are responsible for all content published under your account.
• You grant Banjaro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your itinerary content on the platform and in marketing materials.
• You retain full ownership of your content.
• You may not impersonate other creators or misrepresent your identity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, or harmful travel information.
• Include affiliate or referral links that bypass Banjaro's tracking system.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Affiliate Links & Revenue

Banjaro earns affiliate commission when travelers click “Book Now” buttons and complete bookings on partner platforms (Booking.com, Hostelworld, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, etc.). All booking links must go through Banjaro's affiliate tracker. Creator revenue-sharing is a planned feature and will be governed by a separate agreement when introduced.

5. Free Service

Banjaro is free for creators and travelers. We do not charge for publishing or viewing itineraries. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with appropriate notice.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram oEmbed API, Google Maps, booking sites). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Banjaro brand, logo, design system, and software are owned by Banjaro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that travel information published by creators is accurate or up to date.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banjaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to travel decisions made based on creator itineraries.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the address listed below.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance.
